| Is anyone going to Mexico over T-giving for the Cancun Tournament? I'm looking at the rather steep prices and trying to figure out if worth the effort, whether there will be many D fans there, etc.

| Too mucha .. too mucha coin and too mucha going on around that time frame. We could only do the four day gig and I estimate it would cost around $6500 .. if we could buy a vidoe feed, I'd spend a C note for each game. I've twisted and pulled and pushed it around trying to figure out how to go .. not going to happen. Of course there is a chance I could go, that would be about a 1 in 146,107,962.00 ... if I win the Powerball. |

| I've been thinking about going to this tourney as well. I am not thrilled about the prices. What makes it worse, is I found on Travelocity that you can get a similar package for this hotel during the same time for about $400 less than the package through the travel agent.
From what I have been told, the Moon Palace is awesome, but I don't know that I'm interested in spending close to $2k for 4 days.
I'm still going to look. |

| Come on HackMan .. if I were a young single stud biscuit like you, I'd go in a heart beat. We need you to go my friend. It can't be as screwed up as your trip to St Louis last year. Can I ask a favor ... could you share that story with the rest of DN? It's priceless! |

| FYI - I was told by a reliable source today that you can not get game passes (tickets) unless your travel arrangements are made through the company sponsoring this tournament.
My response was that anything can happen in Mexico with a little cakola. They said the lady at the company said no passes would be sold at the door. I still think someone could slide Hector a few bucks and get in, right?

My wife and I stayed at the Moon Palace in April for 6 days. Fabulous trip and we loved the accomodations. Our corporate rate for the stay (it's all-inclusive) was $2400.
