| Why do you believe the BCS schools have a better talent level? I don't believe that. Maybe in football but in basketball you only need five guys at a time out there. I don't think I looked at 95+% of the BCS schools last year and said to myself, "Gee, they have better talent". Get a grip on yourself .. ya prack.
The reason this young man would come to Drake is because he likes it .. the coaches, teammates, the school, the hot north shore babes @ DU, and because he is a realist. He wouldn't be right next door to home but he wouldn't be half a continent away either .. a 4 1/2 hour drive or so. |

| According to Chicagohoops.com, Vogrich now has been offered by UCLA.....I think we can probably forget about any chance of landing him.

This is an example of one of your posts that drives me nuts. What kind of BS attitude is that? I certianly hope Coach Steven Segal doesn't have that kind of weak arasch spineless attitude. Drake basketball, or any team in the Valley for that matter, can and should be able to recruit with any other team or school in the country. Either a young man's talents rise to the top or they don't .. if a kid is good enough to play in the NBA or else where in the world he will be found just as easily in the MVC as any conference in the country. |

| | He's already taken an unofficial and Sept 6 is the first opportunity to take official. Would be surprised if it is not done that weekend. ND football will make recruits understand the fan support. |

| | F ND .. I've always hated ND. If he isn't coming to DU at least go to a school I can respect. ND=C's. |

| | What does fan support at a once prominent football school have to do with basketball? If recruiting worked that way, Penn State would win 25 Basketball games every year. |

| | McB & Drakey I'm not here to fight I'm just giving you some info on the kid. As to ND football's support it is 2nd to none. It is a production & recruits get wide-eyed. Nothing more or less just giving info. |
